I’ve gone back and forth on this one, sometimes liking it, sometimes not so much, sometimes liking the sequel, sometimes hating it. This time, somewhere in the middle. Up until we meet Laurie as a teen, it’s an interesting character study — very cliché and Rob Zombified, but interesting.

I can’t stand Scout Taylor-Compton. I think Danielle Harris was underused. The remake parts fall flat, and the ending just goes on and on.
