πŸŽƒ Creepshow Animated Special β˜…/β˜…β˜…

Wish this could’ve been betterβ€”imagine a new special every year (if it was good and the vibe was right β€”neither of which happened here). Survivor Type: β˜…β˜… I thought the original story was okay, but it lost something here. Barely caught he was a surgeon, and his arrogance I remember from the story wasn’t quite […]

πŸŽƒ The Final Wish β˜…

How do films like this get a theatrical release WITH advertising and others, like Candy Corn or Blood Fest, get nothing.

πŸŽƒ Hell Fest β˜…β˜…β˜…Β½

Liked this a bit more this time through, but still hate the one chick, and there are a few implausible things throughout. Like how they built that whole thing for a traveling show.

πŸŽƒ Candy Corn β˜…β˜…β˜…

Some very nice Halloween feels in this, the location and style and story. Featuring Courtney Gains, PJ Soles and (in an unplanned triple feature) Tony Todd.

πŸŽƒ Blood Fest β˜…β˜…

Decent enough. Some stiff acting, but it did what it needed to.

πŸŽƒ Countdown β˜…β˜…

Got a free week of Showtime, so blasting through all the horror films they got.

πŸŽƒ Freaks β˜…β˜…β˜…β˜…Β½

Finally saw this. There’s more than just the “freaks” that surprise me about this film. Quite a bit of innuendo or “scandalous” content, but the story is simple and the character development is great. A fitting allegory for today’s world. A litmus test of acceptance.

πŸŽƒ Trick β˜…β˜…

More halloween-set police procedural than horror film, but it was decent enough with an okay story. Didn’t really get the vibes going, though.

πŸŽƒ Halloween III: Season of the Witch β˜…β˜…β˜…

Still not a huge fan of this one (and not because there’s no Michael Myers), but it does give some good Halloween vibes.

πŸŽƒ Feral β˜…β˜…

Nothing new here. Zombie-esque story with less-than-thrilling actors (still not a fan of Scout Taylor-Compton, but she’s getting less annoying).
