While this wasn’t bad, there was one thing that really got in the way. At the beginning, you see a woman walking in the woods. She hears something, gets scared, sees a red light and gets shot. Fine. Good. But it’s not really mentioned again until we see the woman again as if the beginning was a flashforward. Either way, who was she? I thought it was the “tragic death” of her mother.

The movie took a LONG time to get going, and when it did, it was a mix of slow and boring. It wasn’t until, like the bad slashers of the ’80s, the bodies started dropping that it got interesting. Too many WTFs, though and not good ones.
